Weekly Self-reflection Exercises & Ideas for taking it further.

  • COST: $5 per week, or $12 per month for 3 months.
  • Each week, for less than the cost of a cappuccino, you get access to a directed exercise designed to help you connect with yourself, and tap into your potential and your capacity for fulfilment. It will help you to reflect on your life, what’s working for you and what you want to change. It will also offer something you can do straight away.
  • Each exercise can build on the one before it. But no matter which month you start, you can start building from there.
  • When you submit your response you gain access to a second part of the exercise, including some ideas on how you can take it further.
  • In addition you receive full access to the Therapist's Blog which will include brief discussions on ways of understanding and thinking about various issues and symptoms. 
  • In summary you will receive:

  • Weekly exercise for self-reflection followed by a second part to take it further.
  • Access to all Therapist's Blogs
  • Life could be better, you are not sure how, or maybe you are sure but don’t seem able to kickstart yourself in any direction. There is just a sense of wanting more, or something different, or a deeper self-understanding and acceptance. These exercises will help you connect or reconnect to yourself and understand what you need and want to experience satisfaction, and how to begin feeling better about yourself and/or moving in the direction you want in manageable steps.

  • You are finding life difficult of challenging, you have perhaps been thinking about counselling, but are unsure what it can do for you.
  • You may be experiencing high levels of anxiety or depression and find it hard to see a way of interrupting your symptoms or to believe that change is possible.
  • Maybe you are not depressed, but certain situations get you down to an extent that is not debilitating but is concerning and is impacting on your quality of life or your ability to function in certain situations.
  • You may have recently experienced a loss which you are having difficulty coming to terms with.
  • Perhaps you are being bullied at work and want to work with someone experienced in dealing with this issue.
  • Or you might be finding something at work particularly anxiety-provoking.
  • You may be struggling in your relationship.
