Option 2: Individualised Process: $120 per month

Personal, individual email conversation with me, a trained, highly experienced therapist, with the purpose of helping you realise your potential and build the life you want.
COST: $NZ120 per month for one hour of my time per month. Special Offer: $300 for the first 3 months.

  • One hour of my individual time per month, for an individualised process of self-development.
  • You can choose to use the two-part weekly exercise for self-reflection as a starting point if you wish.
  • Access to all weekly resources, that is, brief discussions and suggestions on ways of understanding and thinking about a particular issue, with a different theme each month
